19. There are always coincidences

But neither of us has any definitive information to indicate that it was anything but a coincidence.

Obama, Biden, and the campaign had obviously talked about it. It was planned before the convention. Biden may have primed MTP about it to tweak things. But that's all we really know. To extrapolate would be a mistake. We may never know. Be happy with that.
