33. Its true at my school in IL. Its true in my sister's schools in other IL districts, and CA as well.

I don't know about this school district in GA but it's very, very common that teachers are not allowed to do that kind of touching (or any kind of touching).

Unfortunately its the reality in a lot of districts now. I'm not a teacher, just a very, very involved parent in two different school districts. My other sister in IL has an autistic girl and nobody is allowed to touch her at her school (my niece is a senior now so there's many years of history and knowledge about the rules on our part).
