5. Much easier and more legally substantive to ban the GOP

Easier to implement and enforce the RICO statutes on them. Without rethugs, we can have the multiple-party system where progressives can exist and, in that situation, any disagreements with foreign policies can be done in a civil manner. THAT is the key.

But if we instituted a ban on criticizing presidents, then if the GOP steals another election, we would be on the short stick while the president unilaterally attacks Iran and North Korea, and possibly China.

And to ME, that justifies banning the GOP far more than banning the criticism of the presidency.
