It's not only New York fans who think that way....they're just louder about it. The bottom line on Tebow is his "entertainment" value. If he leads the Jets to bigger and better on the field he'll be the toast of the town...doesn't matter who he worships. If he fails...as you say, he'll get chewed up and spit out. The same applies to Ozzie Guillen...if the Marlins make it to the World Series all is forgotten...everyone loves a winner.
