* WINDS AND TIMING...SOUTHWEST TO WEST WINDS WILL INCREASE TO 15 TO 25 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 35 MPH BY LATE THIS MORNING...AND
CONTINUE THROUGH LATE TONIGHT.
* IMPACTS...GUSTY WINDS WILL MAKE DRIVING DIFFICULT...ESPECIALLY
FOR HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES. ROADWAYS AFFECTED INCLUDE HIGHWAY 1
AND INTERSTATES 10 AND 405.
