the writer would know this exactly how? And the writer is certain enough that his/her subjects are immune from the ordinary vicissitudes of humanity s/he can declaratively state that the Obamas will live into their 90's?

I would guess this was written by a very earnest adolescent, or a precocious twelve year old.
