32. I read an article recently about Japan spending among the least amount on health care, per capita

while having one of the healthiest countries. I'm not aware of any of them screaming about how they want our system, where we spend the most and have the worst care (among industrialized nations, of course). Another interesting thing to note about their hospitals is that they must be non-profit and run by physicians. It's not just the insurance companies, hospitals do their share of obscene profit taking too.
