However, as the aggressor he did not have the right to use lethal force to defend himself.

He picked a fight, went from aggressive macho bully to struggling on the grass, and shot his intended victim when he realized he was in danger of losing the fight.

At that point, it didn't matter how scared he was, or how mad he was at being beaten down by a kid 10 years and 75 pounds his junior. He had no right to defend himself.

And as such, was not covered by SYG.
