despite all the bullshit that you read.
Unfortunately the law requires enforcement from the authorities. It appears that the police are hiding behind the "Stand Your Ground" law and using it as an excuse not to arrest Zimmerman.

Yes, there was need to collect evidence. Evidence is often collected BEFORE an arrest.
