Crimes or say anyting about it unless/until they get a trial. should we not call them criminals etc until that happens.

the whole wait for trial crap is usually brought up to shut down any discussion. there is nothing to prevent people from discussing cases . and unless someone is saying he shouldn't get a trial at all don't know hwy it comes up.
