45. If the implementation of this isn't stayed, maybe it would help put Texas in play in November.

In 2008, Texas was pretty red (McCain 55%, Obama 44%). Still, with Hispanics making up more of the electorate, the Obama campaign has been making noises about contesting the state. If enough women have to go through this in real life between now and November, who knows what might happen.
