"Right to Work" (i.e., the ability to work in a unionized setting without having to join a union, but are allowed to get the union-negotiated benefits ... IOW, to leech of the work of others) and "At Will" employment (where one can quit or be fired for any reason, or no reason, so long as it is not an unlawful reason).

But that said, where there is an employment contract, "At Will" status is irrelevant.
