Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani owes $7,859.17 for 2019 taxes on a Palm Beach Towers condominium. Lana Marks, U.S. Ambassador to the Republic of South Africa, delinquent on property taxes for two Palm Beach County condominiums - one for $12,218.61 and another for $13,870.98.

Rudolph Giuliani, attorney and adviser to President Donald Trump, and Lana Marks, U.S. Ambassador to the Republic of South Africa, are both delinquent on Palm Beach County property taxes, records show.

Former New York City Mayor Giuliani owes $7,859.17, including interest and penalties, for 2019 taxes on a Palm Beach Towers condominium located at 44 Cocoanut Row, unit 127-B in Palm Beach.
Giuliani and wife Judith Giuliani purchased the 1,272-square foot, two-bedroom condo in February 2004 for $410,000, according to property records.

The unit was one of six properties that became part of the couple’s contentious, drawn-out and well-publicized divorce. In January 2020, the condo was transferred from joint ownership to Judith Giuliani’s name alone. The past due taxes, however, are in Rudy Giuliani’s name, public records show.

So it would be easy for him to make that his official residence and run. He made an announcement about running - but that was before Ivanka did so he may have backed down. As of today, he has not claimed homestead exemption on his Florida condo.
