i agree we do not know if this machine accidentally dropped votes or if some election insider decided not to run votes but the solution is the same...transparency

we can never supervise our vote counting process inside a machine,never..this is why the german court outlawed electronic vote counting

citizens need to be able to oversee entire process for elections to be free,fair and accurate

btw look at district 86,the boysko-rust race

the dem lost precincts 203,319,321,327,909,927 and 931 in fairfax county...all of those precincts were blue wins in the state wide races by 55-65%

boysko would have to sue in court to get a hand count but i believe she would be able to reverse the lose
