67. he does look old for his age which is the same as Paul Ryan

yet he could almost pass for ryan's dad . and he looks older than Rand Paul who is almost 10 years older and Cruz.

i haven't seen any hardships in his life which would have aged him .

i wonder if there is any alcohol or other drug abuse currently or from his past . we know Bush's odd looks and behavior had a lot to do with his drug use.
