Through higher medical expenses and consequently higher insurance premiums just like the uninsured motorist. That is how they do compare.

If you don't drive you don't figure in the equation but you are going to get sick, if not insured, those of us who are pay.

Medicare for all would be preferred, but that was killed by the right even before the teabaggers figured into the equation.
