Its not correct to think that he had an exceptional brain, therefore it worked better and differently than everyone else's and allowed him to make the advances and discoveries that he did.

Two distinct differences noted in the study: a high level of connections in the corpus callosum, and a high density of glial cells. Connections build from use; the more a brain is used, the more connections are created. Glial cells proliferate (unlike ordinary neurons) in support of neural structures. Again, heavy use leads to unique structure.

So, its not that Einstein had this brain which allowed him to do the things he did, rather he used his brain over his lifetime in a way that led to its unique capacity. Any person, at any age, can make changes that lead them in that direction, if they have the will to do so.
