I have been 'crazed' by this thread. It doesn't agree with the reality here. I had to talk about this at work today ... many co-workers are residents of the city of Detroit (and many are not). None of us could figure out the understanding of the situation expressed here or in the addicting info article.

Though my frustration is no excuse for rudeness I (truly) apologize if I was rude or responded harshly to you.
