(30,520 posts)49. That's sad. My boyfriend always encouraged me to speak up
he wanted my opinion and wanted me to fight (figuratively) for what I wanted/believed. He would get annoyed if he asked my opinion and I left it up to him (somethings I really didn't have an opinion on and it didn't matter to me). He wanted an equal partner someone who shared the responsibility for decisions, wanted my input.
