I listen to both arguments and I am convinced that the judge made the right ruling. O'Mara is playing a little fast and loose with the facts that he cited and the facts that he claims that the evidence proves. The burden at this stage is fairly high and the jury does not have to believe Zimmerman's story given the number of times this story has changed.

We saw a preview of the closing argument and O'Mara really has no good answers to these claims other than to argue that you have to believe Zimmerman's story
