4. Benghazigate and IRSgate are bullshit made up republican scandalmongering

NSAgate, not so much. The president has more or less confirmed that Snowden's allegations are at least partially factual.

I don't hear very much about Benghazi or IRS these days, and I think even the gullible liberal media has caught onto the fact that there is no there there. Very few Americans care about these fake scandals.

But there are a lot of Americans who are pissed off that the government may be eavesdropping on their phone conversations, emails and texts. It isn't a fake scandal dreamt up by republicans, it's real and it doesn't look like it's going away. And you cannot blame it on congress, it is contained entirely within the executive branch.

If Obama were eligible for a third term I'd have to think seriously about whether or not I wanted to vote for him. And I'm already thinking hard about whether or not I would vote for Hillary Clinton in 2016, should she run.
