14. It makes it look that OBAMA is hiding something. He isn't. The GOP is hiding the truth.

The GOP by letting Lerner hide, can continue to take victim status. Because it is a govt agency, the blame and the not forthcomingness look bad for Obama, even though he has nothing to do with this.

The GOP is relieved that she isn't testifying. That way, she doesn't have to answer any uncomfortable questions about here dealings with Darrell Issa, EVER.
