(6,154 posts)I hear stories like yours. I have no real reason to feel the way I do. Genetic predispositions and chemical imbalances, if that's even what I have, sound pretty hollow whenever I hear from someone facing life's real challenges. Let alone facing them with the courage and grace that you are doing so. Thank you. I have long struggled with issues of self worth, though I can't say exactly why. Unlike many I have always been loved and supported by family. I never suffered emotional or physical abuse, at least not from my parents. I will do my best to find out how to live life my own way and be happy, though it may be a huge struggle. Thank you again.
I hope that you prove your diagnosis wrong. From what I can see from your post you certainly have the courage and will power to do so.
