We've only been on the planet for maybe a few million years tops. And in our present form less than that. And there's a good possibility we won't be around much longer. Dinosaurs lived and reigned for hundreds of millions of years. THAT'S a successful species.

Nah, I'm only kidding. Everybody knows that the Earth is only 6000 years old and we walked side by side with dinosaurs.
