No.
But let's say I was at a rally for a liberal political candidate where it would be reasonably safe to assume the people surrounding me had liberal values. In that case, I might say something depending on how safe I felt. If it were someone I were acquainted with, I would absolutely say something.
Would I say something if someone used the F word or the N word? Again, if I felt safe, yes. If I were worried I might get beat up or shot, then no.
