6. Our Canadian Geese aren't flying anywhere and choosen to take up residence.

The farm fields around here are full of them as long as a body of water can be found nearby. Our population of non migrating ~~Canadian~~ California geese have turned into hedonistic commuters and their numbers are actually exploding.
