They're a function of billionaire crankpots buying up all the media outlets to promote their failed ideology with their 'fair and balanced' networks - plural. They ran off anyone that was centrist and gave the viewers the illusion that the Birchers and the Tea Party were mainstream. Everytime one of their inoculated against reason and fact followers acts out on their hateful ideas, they call 'em nuts. Uh, huh, they own this stuff. I am old enough to remember when we had a liberal media. The world was a better place then, I think, mentally.
