Am starting to document the slow-down (time of day/night doesn't matter) for a possible small claims action also. It's really making it difficult to get research done in a timely manner.

There is no tower for that carrier in the area we generally live, so not an option.

Try Virgin Mobil, unlimited actually means unlimited with them and it's a lot cheaper
