5. YAY...to the new home owners..my So Cal community had highest sales in 7 years last month...

We were able to re-fi at a terrific rate (thank you President, sir)...this is our last hurray. We are updating
for the last time..all new bathrooms, kitchens, floors on two houses and then that is it while we skate* through
our senior years...
