70. I just looked at that, I don't see anything "crossed out".

"Tip - 18% and then a line "adtl tip" (which obviously means "additional&quot , and that's where the zero is. She was charged 18% because it was included in the bill as presented. If she'd had the option of removing the charge and then gotten charged anyway then they'd be committing fraud.
