be true (think of what a horror it is around here to talk about "third" ((as in dialectical)) anything!!) & it appears to resist analyses of those dichotomous oversimplifications, which IS understandable, except that resistance repeats some very specific kinds of insults that cast ALL other positions in the diminutive role and, hence, fail to address them objectively, all of which reeeeeeeks of authoritarian fundamentalism.

I think there are people who do this sort of thing on purpose and others who also just get pulled into it and then still others who won't engage at all, or run from it, because they don't want to get used by other actors in a milieu.
