8. It was brave

Our school handled the valedictorian in an unusual way, the top 10 students if they wanted to speak, submitted a speech. I submitted a speech that was intended to be a dummy speech in that I was going to do a "I fooled you all I'm gay" speech but my dummy speech wasn't taken. I have to say that it was probably a good thing because I was angry where he was gracious.
