19. That isn't an education system...

...it's a penal system. This saddens me to no end. I hope the ACLU and MS NAACP & the other groups can get something done about this, statewide. Hell, if I knew the name of the kid that needs black shoes, I'd send him some shoes myself. Hopefully with the publicity he got them.
