I'm not reducing children's deaths at all, I'm only reinforcing the point that a single instance, no matter how heinous, or a dozen instances for that matter, doesn't qualify as "typical". We're talking less than 1% occurrence rate.

When Fox News or some other right wing outlet spins a story with a misleading headline, the DU community jumps all over it. I'd like to see us hold DU members to the same standards when we see thread titles inaccurately representing information.
