26. I've been out of the biz a couple of years, so it's interesting. Do you know how they do it?

Has to be some kind of a Futures program, betting on someone's employment? But if so, you can bet that every Taco Bell, McDonald's, hospital chain corporate offices,...and the farmworker's industry...does too. I'm really interested in how they pull it off.
