doesn't that include Congress

who is going to pay for the government to stay in business
from the electric bill for their votes heating and computers

Who pays for having the United States of America's default on their loans?
It is the Congress duty

The Constitution isn't worth anything if there is no government

the ramifications are serious and a danger worse than the bombing of the World Trade Center

It is like declaring war on America ....when you vote to shut the government down
