15. I was hit on a lot by my male co workers when I was young

but never thought anything of it. A few in particular hit on me all the time, every shift, the whole shift, even after I was engaged and had a big ol' diamond on my finger. I just sort of laughed it off, it never really skeeved me out. However, if one of them had handcuffed me to a car, I would have freaked the eff out, and my parents would have had a cow (rightfully so). That's just psychotic.

I guess looking back now that what happened to me was technically sexual harassment, but you know, when you're 16-21, you just don't think that way (at least I didn't).

there has to be more to this story dhol82 Jan 2013 #1

Good. I guess his white male privilege didn't mitigate his sentence. (nt) Nye Bevan Jan 2013 #21
Actually, that privilege may have kept him from being fired or arrested much, much earlier. Ken Burch Jan 2013 #26
I have to agree with you when you pointed out upthread that the response was Nye Bevan Jan 2013 #27
