I seriously doubt Stubenville is the only place this happens. I am positive there was a problem like this in my town. I know it was a problem in my family. I don't know how many victims or who the rapists were, except for one branch of the family that my mother knew was an incest family. I don't want to go into a lot of detail, but she let them babysit us.
