4. We didn't have snow until Christmas

which is amazing here. When I was a kid, we'd usually have at least one snowstorm in October, but certainly we'd have some serious snow by Thanksgiving. But we haven't had snow start until late for several years in a row now. It wasn't a one-year fluke.

And my kids will be wearing shorts and sandals in March. They did last year.
