10. May I ask where you live? I am wondering if

it's regional/cultural. The area where I live now is very blue/liberal, and open carry isn't common at all. However, where I was raised and have lived most of my life before here is deep red and guns are very much a part of the scenery. It is not uncommon at all to hear gunshots in the distance when we go back home to visit, because there are so many hunters out and about (rural SC).
