In reply to the discussion: Are semi-automatics really used for hunting? [View all]Why does any one need to learn how to kill? This isn't biology or Shakespeare. It's the machinery of death. Civilized human beings have no need to spend their lives practicing how to kill each other. Those writing the legislation need to know the particulars of gun mechanics. All the rest of us need is human decency to support the bill.
