This crap has been showing up on Facebook like viral over the weekend, usually with some inane comments about look, I told you so! Obama's a-comin' for our guns! since the sales slip in question shows a gun purchase.

Cabala's is a sporting goods store, neither manufactures, imports nor sells any medical devises and was completely errant in collecting such a "tax". Which they refunded.

Facebook "friends" are typically real disappointed when this is pointed out.
