In reply to the discussion: I feel better that the 2% is going to pay their fair share in taxes! [View all]To a neutral observer, the threat of increased taxation at a higher level of success would cause a tendency to avoid success as a means of avoiding higher taxes.

Taxes aren't a penalty. Taxes are paying your fair share in contributing to our great country.

The government borrows the money for the tax cuts from the Chinese and then they pay interest on it,
