3. No, the blood clot is secondary to the concussion. Not chronic. Serious, though.

The doctor on MSNBC said a subdural hematoma was what killed Natasha Richardson after a concussion, but he didn't think it was that. But another clot elsewhere could always migrate and do the obvious damage. So we all have to wait to see if they can dissolve it with the blood thinners.
