56. I'm very reassured to learn that I'm not the only one!

Thank you.

I haven't had any face to face psyche help in a few years now. I didn't find it hugely beneficial even at the time, to be honest. It was nice to have someone to talk to, at least, but these days my boyfriend is just as good ( he used to be useless...

). It's primarily because most of the problems I was facing at that were things I could probably have just changed if I wanted to, but I didn't...
