Definitions need to be tightened.

The biggest problem with those who covet such weapons is they will always push the letter of the law. They don't understand the spirit of the law, morality, what's good for society, or anything like that. Therefore, the next restrictions placed on guns need to be simple -- ban all semi-autos and make public carrying in most circumstances. Also, begin a concerted effort to change society's attitudes toward guns.
