I don't know you. I don't know how you've arranged Communism inside your mind. I am, as always, talking about the extremes. I have personally encountered many Communists who are fine, sane people. I've also encountered some Communists who make the tea party wackos look like their twin siblings. Extremism is extremism. Psychology isn't a straight line, it is a circle.

IIRC, the general fund is repaying a loan it took from SS fund, not quite as you present it..

Pay as you go would then need constant changes to keep inflows and outflows in balance.

Pay as you go worked fine before Reagan. And the only "change" would be adjustments for COLA's.
