10. That was banning the "Tommy gun" right?

I am guessing here.

The Tommy gun was marketed to ranchers in the west to deal with coyotes and to even the fire power if bandits showed up at their place. One Chicago gangster happened to have some land in Wyoming or somewhere like that...either saw the Tommy gun in a town store or saw ads for them... bought some and took them back into Chicago. I am posting this from memory so it may be a little loose on the details. The Tommy gun's effect was overly dramatized in Hollywood films but the idea of a fully automatic weapon in a densely populated area (instead of out in the open areas with little population) lead to the ban.

I think that is right. At least it should be close.
