Until there is political will to impeach Scalia, Scalia will not be impeached.

Conviction in the Senate is an even higher standard.

As much as I despise Scalia, he will retire or die before articles of impeachment are ever introduced in the House, even if the Democrats retake the House in 2014 and Scalia is still on the SCOTUS.
