is that, relatively speaking, because of Corporate Personhood propaganda etc., there's no authentically functional POLITICAL Left out there. If you only use "crayons"/politics and those "crayons" don't have any green, your pictures are going to be the kinds of pictures that "crayons"/politics produce and grass, trees, vegetables, other stuff will not be green.

Perhaps you can agree that the picture of who/what we are, which portrait is delivered by the thing itself in which we live (in and delivered by all of those different systems and all of their history), tends to be composed the way that is appropriate to it rather than in terms of the real phenomena themselves.
